This basement was re-designed and constructed for a growing family.  They had growing pains within their house, and were looking for a space for their children to be happy playing in, as well as a separated bedroom for their growing child.  Additionally, they were keen to keep storage space in the basement and keep certain areas accessible for their feline friend.  Their main fear was all the ventilation in the ceiling, but we were certain that there would be no issue with us integrating it, as well as hiding it in the space.
